The Interventional Pain Specialists (TIPS)

Established in 2016, Dr. James C. Brown and Associates is a multidisciplinary team of experienced medical professionals dedicated to the assessment and treatment of chronic pain. Our team includes specialists in Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation), Anesthesiology, and Neurology, with advanced training and expertise in specialized areas of pain management.

We utilize image-guided procedures to enhance the accuracy and precision of our treatments, allowing our specialists to target specific areas associated with pain.

We offer a comprehensive range of services for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic pain, with individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition, needs, and goals. Our approach focuses on reducing pain, improving function and mobility, and enhancing overall quality of life through evidence-informed care and specialized interventional procedures.

Our physicians are supported by a skilled team of nurses, X-ray technologists, and referral and booking specialists. Together, we work collaboratively to provide coordinated, patient-centred care, supporting patients and their primary care providers throughout the assessment and treatment process. 

We are conveniently located in Concord, Ontario, just 10 minutes from Highway 400 (Rutherford Road exit) and 5 minutes from Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre, and 25 minutes from Pearson Airport- making our clinic easily accessible to patients throughout the surrounding communities.
