Chronic pain management is often a process, and improvement may take time. You may not experience complete pain relief after a single treatment, and some treatments may take several weeks before you notice a difference.

Every patient responds differently, and results will vary depending on the treatment and your individual condition. Your specialist will discuss expected outcomes, timelines, and any recommended follow-up treatments with you.

Patience is an important part of the process. Our goal is to help you manage your pain, improve your function, and achieve the best possible quality of life over time.

We understand that living with chronic pain can be challenging, and we appreciate the trust you place in our team to support your care.

If your pain becomes severe or difficult to manage while you are waiting for your appointment, please contact your family physician or nurse practitioner to discuss your symptoms and explore options for managing your pain in the meantime. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or a sudden, severe change in your symptoms, please seek urgent medical attention.

Once your initial appointment has been scheduled, you may request to be added to our cancellation waitlist. If an earlier appointment becomes available, our team may contact you. While we do our best to accommodate patients when possible, an earlier appointment cannot be guaranteed.

As a specialist clinic, we receive referrals from many patients experiencing chronic pain. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to coordinate care as promptly as possible for everyone.
